For over a century, Eustis has commemorated George Washington’s Birthday with a celebration that, this year, will mark the 110th consecutive year of our proud tradition.  “GeorgeFest is a three-day festival with a parade, fireworks, carnival, food, crafts, bands, water races, contests & more.  The parade theme this year is “Made In America…”.  The entire month of February is devoted to various events, however the last weekend in February (24th – 26th) is designated for the festival. 

Eustis is proud that GeorgeFest is the longest running festival celebrating George Washington’s Birthday in the State of Florida and the second longest running festival in the country.   Each year it brings thousands of visitors to Eustis to spend money and have fun.
